You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the phrush Platform. This minimum age is mandated by PAGCOR for all real-money online gambling activities in the Philippines. phrush enforces this requirement through KYC identity verification. Any account where the registered Player is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and any remaining Balance returned to the Player at phrush's discretion after verification of identity.
Age Verification: By registering, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. phrush will require government-issued Philippine identification (National ID, Passport, Driver's License, or Voter's ID) to verify your age and identity before processing any withdrawal.
The phrush Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended exclusively for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted. Players who circumvent geographic restrictions using VPN, proxy services, or similar technologies in violation of applicable law do so at their own risk. phrush reserves the right to void any Wagers placed using such methods and to withhold associated winnings.
Each Player may maintain only one (1) active Account on the phrush Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where phrush identifies multiple accounts registered by the same individual using the same identity, contact details, device, or payment method, phrush may consolidate or suspend all associated accounts, void pending Wagers, and forfeit any Bonus Funds credited across those accounts. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact phrush support immediately.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Accounts may only be opened and operated by natural persons. Registration on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity is not permitted. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your Account, is prohibited unless phrush has provided explicit prior written authorization.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during the authentication process. phrush will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.
You must notify phrush immediately via the in-platform Live Chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization or that your login credentials have been compromised. phrush is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access that arises from your failure to maintain credential security, including sharing your password with third parties.
phrush strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. When enabled, a one-time password is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number each time a login is attempted from an unrecognized device or browser. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access the Platform is free from malicious software, keyloggers, and unauthorized monitoring tools. phrush recommends that Players avoid accessing their Account from public devices, shared computers, or unsecured public Wi-Fi networks. Any activity conducted through your Account session is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.
phrush accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven (CLiQQ), InstaPay, USDT, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

By depositing funds into your phrush Account, you confirm that the funds are derived from lawful sources and that you are the authorized owner or user of the payment method used. phrush reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposit sources and to request supporting documentation. Deposits suspected to originate from unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from or to third-party accounts are prohibited. phrush reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification that payment methods belong to the registered account holder.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by phrush are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific Bonus's terms and these general Terms, the specific Bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that Bonus.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each Bonus offer (e.g., 30x the Bonus amount). Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not available for withdrawal. Wagering contribution rates vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual Bonus terms.
phrush reserves the right to exclude certain Players from Bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Players who are found to have abused the Bonus system — including by creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in coordinated Bonus abuse — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant Bonus offer will be automatically forfeited. phrush is not obligated to notify Players of impending Bonus expiry, though it may do so at its discretion.
Each game available on the phrush Platform is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface or accessible through the game provider's information section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing Wagers. phrush accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
All non-live casino games on the phrush Platform use Random Number Generation (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it may not be altered or cancelled by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific game or sports betting market. phrush reserves the right to cancel, void, or adjust Wagers in the event of manifest error, including pricing errors in sports betting odds.
Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game or betting market. phrush may, at its sole discretion, impose individual account-level betting limits on any Player at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phrush Platform. Breach of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phrush Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and Platform use is used for account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming enforcement. phrush does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrush, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phrush's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phrush's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phrush Account during the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phrush reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, Bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct. During a suspension, your Balance will be maintained but access to the Platform will be restricted pending investigation.
phrush may terminate your Account with immediate effect upon a finding of material breach of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, phrush reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Wagers placed in violation of these Terms. Real-money Balance may be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to phrush, including where funds are believed to be proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity.
You may request closure of your phrush Account at any time by contacting support via the in-platform Live Chat. Before your account is closed, you must withdraw your remaining Balance. Accounts cannot be closed while a negative balance exists or while KYC verification is outstanding.
An account is considered dormant if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phrush may charge an administrative maintenance fee of ₱100 per month on dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by logging in at any time.
phrush reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address or via a notice on the Platform. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
If you continue to use the Platform after the amended Terms have been communicated, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 13.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, phrush is subject to the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Regulatory complaints concerning phrush's conduct as a licensed operator may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels. These Terms do not limit your right to pursue regulatory remedies.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) calendar days, either party may escalate the dispute. Disputes that cannot be resolved bilaterally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.
